Landscape Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a Landscape Construction Site Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for projects throughout NorCal.

Must be familiar with all facets of Landscape Construction - primarily landscaping for new home construction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Plan reading, irrigation, planting, drainage, etc. a must.
• Experience with small equipment operation a plus (skid steer, small tractors, and trenchers)
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Multiple ongoing projects, with multiple crews
• We need someone to supervise the job site and ensure projects are completed correctly and on time

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Clean DMV required
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay will be commensurate with experience.

This is a full-time position.

The office is in Elk Grove, the position includes full benefits, truck retention, and projects are throughout NorCal.
